Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
The only exception is if an item arrives damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within five days of delivery and provide clear photo evidence of the damage. Once the damage has been verified, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We sell crystals and natural curiosities including animal bones, teeth, feet, and other ethically sourced animal remains.
By purchasing these items, you acknowledge that:

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that purchasing or importing these items is legal in their location.
We reserve the right to refuse orders if we believe a purchase may violate applicable laws.
2) Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in CAD currency.
We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products without notice.
Payment must be received before orders are shipped.
3) Shipping
Orders will be shipped within 7 days after payment is received.
Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays once packages are in the possession of the shipping carrier.
